Atelier artOsphère
Self-taught artist Esther Maurer has been exploring abstract art for over twenty years in her artOsphère studio in Praz. Inspired by nature, she combines textures, pigments and natural or recycled materials: cardboard-clay, driftwood or charred wood, and found objects. Her watercolours also become poetic greetings cards.
Passionate about large formats, she is now turning to decorative wall painting. Made with environmentally friendly materials wherever possible, each work is designed for a particular place and the people who live there, giving it an atmosphere and a soul that reflect them.
